  • Yes, the 2018 Farm Bill legalized Hemp, which opened the door for delta-9 THC derived from hemp to be used in products like Not Beer Vibed. Our delta-9 THC is naturally-derived from hemp and is no more than 0.3% of the net weight of our beverage, ensuring our products are federally legal and fully compliant with the Farm Bill.

  • We ship to most states! Laws are constantly evolving, so we keep our shipping destinations current. Just enter your address at checkout — the system will let you know if we can't deliver to your location.

  • Delta-9 THC is the naturally occurring form of THC found in cannabis and hemp, known for its clear, uplifting, and reliable effects. Delta-8 THC, on the other hand, is a synthetic cannabinoid chemically converted from CBD, often described as weaker, less consistent, and more sedating. We use Delta-9 THC in all of our products.

  • Subscriptions offer complete flexibility — pause or cancel anytime through your customer portal or by reaching out to our team. Just note that if your order has already shipped before you make changes, we can't stop delivery. Returns on shipped orders may include a restocking fee per our return policy.

  • Yes! You can easily adjust your subscription through your customer portal — change flavors, update quantities, modify/pause deliveries & more. Simply log in and make your changes before your next billing cycle.

  • Head to our login page and enter your email and password. First-time users need to select "Create Account" when accessing their profile initially.

  • Log into your customer portal using your email and password, then scroll down and click "Cancel Subscription." Remember, you can also pause your subscription for any length of time!
